    Description

    The Teacher Initiated Project (TIP) Grant from the Utah Division of Arts & Museums provides individual K-12 educators in Utah with the opportunity to pursue personal artistic development. Through this program, teachers can select a professional teaching artist to provide 16 hours of personalized, one-on-one instruction in any artistic discipline, including visual art, music, theatre, dance, storytelling, media arts, folk arts, or creative writing. The grant is designed to support the teacher’s own artistic growth, not classroom instruction or professional development for teaching purposes. Payment is made directly to the teaching artist.
