Description
The Vermont Arts Council’s Arts Operating Grant supports the ongoing work of arts organizations with a strong, consistent presence in their communities. It funds general operations rather than a particular project, helping organizations sustain year-round, high-quality arts programs and services.
The program advances the Council’s vision of a Vermont where artists thrive, creativity is central to communities, and everyone has access to the arts in their lives and education. The FY2027 program offered one-year and three-year support. It is supported by the State of Vermont and the National Endowment for the Arts, with additional support from the Vermont Community Foundation.
