Description
The Ohio Arts Council’s Arts Partnership program supports Ohio schools and organizations undertaking two-year, project-based arts education activities. Projects center arts learning, respond to the needs of learners and their communities, and involve collaborative planning with partners. Funding can support artistic and educational expenses, program planning, and evaluation.
Activities may include in-depth arts learning for people of any age, virtual programming, educator professional development, research on arts education practices, and artmaking with older adults. The program also supports planning that expands access to arts learning. Its priorities include sequential, high-quality experiences that develop creative abilities, reflect community needs, and engage historically underrepresented populations.
