Description
The College of Arts and Sciences' SPEED (Seeding Projects for Enabling Excellence & Distinction) program provides internal seed funding for tenure-track and research faculty to pursue novel, high-impact research, scholarship, and creative practice initiatives. The program is designed to support projects that push disciplinary boundaries and may not fit within existing funding sources, with an emphasis on generating measurable outcomes such as external grant submissions, scholarly publications, or significant creative dissemination. SPEED grants aim to stimulate innovation and academic distinction across all disciplines within the college.
