Description
The Delaware Division of the Arts Arts Stabilization Fund provides grants to eligible nonprofit arts organizations in Delaware to support substantial improvements to facilities they own or operate under long-term lease. Funding is intended for projects beyond routine maintenance, such as structural renovations, safety and accessibility modifications, and upgrades to essential operational systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.). The program aims to help arts organizations maintain safe, accessible, and welcoming environments for artists and audiences.
