Description
This opportunity funds significant improvements to facilities owned or under long-term lease by Delaware nonprofit arts organizations. The grant is intended for projects that go beyond routine maintenance, such as renovations addressing structural weaknesses, safety upgrades, operational system replacements (HVAC, electrical, plumbing), accessibility modifications, or enhancements to programmatic/customer service delivery systems. Projects are evaluated on need, impact, financial planning, and integration with broader facility management strategies. The program is funded through the Arts Consortium of Delaware, Inc. (ArtCo) endowment held at the Delaware Community Foundation.
