The ASE Foundation’s Top Investigator Travel Grant supports early-career investigators presenting original cardiovascular ultrasound research at the American Society of Echocardiography’s Annual Scientific Sessions. Research from around the world highlighting new developments in cardiovascular ultrasound is an integral part of the meeting. The program helps selected presenters offset their travel expenses rather than funding the conduct of research projects.
Each year, the Foundation recognizes a special group of abstract presenters as its Top Investigators. The Scientific Sessions Abstract Chairs select these investigators based on the scientific merit of their research projects. The ASE Foundation, ASE’s philanthropic arm, administers the awards as part of its support for research, education, and the advancement of cardiovascular ultrasound.
