Description
The ASEEES First Book Subvention Program provides financial support to first-time authors in the fields of Slavic, East European, and Eurasian studies to help bring their first scholarly books to publication. The program awards multiple competitive grants of up to $2,500 each year, with funds paid directly to the publisher to offset production costs such as copy editing, design, typesetting, e-book conversion, image preparation, and printing. The initiative aims to facilitate the dissemination of new research and support emerging scholars who have already secured publishing contracts.
