The Association for Slavic, East European, and Eurasian Studies (ASEEES) offers two distinct funding opportunities for graduate students: the Dissertation Research Grant Program and the Internship Grant Program. The Dissertation Research Grant supports original doctoral research abroad in any discipline focused on Slavic, East European, and Eurasian studies. The Internship Grant enables graduate students specializing in Russian studies to pursue unpaid or underpaid internships in non-academic sectors related to Russia or its international relations.
