The ASEEES Dissertation Research Grant Program provides financial assistance to doctoral students enrolled at US universities to conduct dissertation research in Eastern Europe and Eurasia. Open to all disciplines, the program encourages in-depth research on any aspect of Slavic, East European, and Eurasian studies. The grant aims to support projects that have not yet received full funding and helps advance scholarship in the field. Special grants are available for research in women’s, gender, and sexuality studies, Russian studies, environmental studies, Ukrainian studies, folklore, and history.
