The ASEEES Next Generation Dissertation Research Fellowship Program provides substantial support to doctoral students at US universities, regardless of citizenship, who are undertaking dissertation research related to Slavic, Eastern European, and Eurasian Studies. The fellowship is open to any discipline, as long as the dissertation topic falls within the broadly defined regional scope. The program aims to advance scholarship and foster the next generation of specialists in these fields by enabling extended, in-depth research—primarily in Eastern Europe and/or Eurasia.
