The American Shoulder and Elbow Surgeons’ National Shoulder and Elbow Week (NSEW) Grant supports hosts organizing events during National Shoulder and Elbow Week. It promotes education, awareness, and engagement in shoulder and elbow care by helping cover event costs, materials, and outreach. Activities encourage participation by healthcare professionals, researchers, and the public, with the goal of sharing knowledge and advancing shoulder and elbow surgery through local and national events.
The program also makes a portion of each event’s net fundraising available for local grants. Hosts and planning subcommittee members who actively helped plan or execute the event may apply to support research, education, or events. Funded initiatives must contribute to improving shoulder and elbow care.
