Description
The ASHP Executive Fellowship in Association Leadership and Management is a competitive, 12-month, full-time paid program based at the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists (ASHP) headquarters in Bethesda, Maryland. This fellowship is designed to immerse pharmacists in all aspects of not-for-profit association leadership and management, including executive leadership, advocacy, membership, standards development, publishing, strategic planning, finance, human resources, public relations, and more. Fellows work closely with ASHP senior leadership, participate in national conferences, and engage in both short-term and longitudinal projects tailored to their interests and career goals.
