The ASHP Executive Fellowship in Association Leadership and Management is a 12-month, paid program designed to develop future leaders in not-for-profit association management within the healthcare sector. Fellows receive hands-on training and mentorship from senior ASHP leadership, engaging in strategic projects across executive leadership, governance, advocacy, membership, practice standards, publishing, marketing, finance, human resources, and more. The program is based at ASHP’s headquarters in Bethesda, Maryland, and offers exposure to all aspects of association operations, as well as opportunities to attend national meetings and contribute to high-impact organizational initiatives. Alumni have gone on to leadership roles in associations, academia, government, and industry.
