Description
This program enables senior Finnish scholars to conduct research or a combination of research and teaching at U.S. universities or research institutions. Grantees act as cultural ambassadors, promoting academic collaboration and mutual understanding between Finland and the United States. The grant includes professional advising, orientation to U.S. academic culture, visa support, and access to the Fulbright global alumni network. Projects from all fields are eligible, except for those involving clinical medical research with patient contact.
