The ASM Future Leaders Mentorship Fellowship (FLMF) is a two-year, fully online program designed to connect master's and doctoral students in the microbial sciences with experienced mentors from diverse sectors such as academia, industry, government, nonprofit, and clinical practice. The program emphasizes leadership development, mutual learning, and the cultivation of mentoring portfolios, offering fellows access to structured mentorship, networking, and a supportive global community.
