Description
Aspire Climatetech is VentureWell’s five-week hybrid investor-engagement program for seed-stage climatetech startups preparing to raise capital within 12 months. It supports science and engineering innovations with positive environmental impact, particularly those addressing climate change, air and water pollution, food and transportation systems, waste management, and energy use. Each cohort includes 10–15 startups from across the United States.
Investor-mentors work individually with founders to simulate due diligence conversations and refine deal room materials in real time. Rather than centering on a demo-day pitch, the program helps teams clarify their investment ask, plan milestones, and develop materials for investor discussions. Mock board meetings and disaster scenarios help founders prepare for fundraising and stress-test their businesses. Participants also connect with fellow founders and can leverage VentureWell’s investor network after the program.
