Description
The ASTR Collaborative Research Award is designed to foster the exchange of research and creative collaboration across a range of academic and community environments. The award encourages long-term partnerships between faculty from different types of institutions (e.g., state universities, liberal arts colleges), as well as collaborations between U.S. and international scholars/artists. Projects should address areas underrepresented in U.S. theatre scholarship, pedagogy, and performance, and may include reciprocal visits, joint research, creative initiatives, workshops, or public forums. The ultimate goal is to enrich and diversify the ASTR membership and advance the field of theatre research.
