Description
The AVF-JOBST Clinical Research Grant is funded and administered by the American Venous Forum (AVF) to support original clinical research on venous diseases, lymphatic diseases, and lipedema. Priority is given to projects addressing prevention of disease and disease progression, diagnosis, and management of these conditions, particularly through compression therapy. A project is selected through a competitive, confidential peer-review process.
The program builds on Conrad and Caroline Jobst’s legacy of innovation in compression therapy. Initiated by JOBST in association with AVF in 1995, the grant has supported research advancing the understanding and treatment of venous and lymphatic diseases. It reflects AVF’s mission to advance knowledge, excellence, and innovation in venous and lymphatic health through education, research, and public advocacy.
