Description
The Society for Classical Studies (SCS) Awards for Excellence in Teaching at the College Level honor exceptional educators in Classics at colleges and universities across the United States and Canada. The program aims to highlight faculty who demonstrate exemplary teaching, innovation, and commitment to advancing the study of classical subjects—including Greek and Latin language, literature, culture, art, archaeology, and history. Awardees are recognized publicly at the SCS Annual Meeting and receive both a cash prize and institutional support for educational resources.
