Description
This award, presented by the Society for Classical Studies, honors outstanding college and university instructors who demonstrate excellence and innovation in the teaching of Classics. The goal is to publicly recognize educators who inspire students and advance the field through exemplary pedagogy, curriculum, and inclusivity. Each year, up to three teachers are recognized with a certificate, a cash prize, and additional funding for their institution to enhance Classics education.
