Description
The AWGF Funding Requests program, administered by the Association for Women Geoscientists Foundation (AWGF), provides annual funding for projects that advance the missions of the Association for Women Geoscientists (AWG) and its Foundation. The program supports a wide range of initiatives, including scholarships, travel grants, awards, professional development, and outreach activities, all aimed at promoting the participation and advancement of women in the geosciences. Proposals are reviewed annually by the AWGF Board, and projects must align with the joint goals of AWG and AWGF.
