Description
The Association for Women in Mathematics (AWM) Student Chapter Awards celebrate exceptional achievements of AWM student chapters in four distinct categories: community outreach, fundraising and sustainability, professional development, and scientific excellence. Established in 2017, these awards aim to highlight and encourage innovative programs, impactful community engagement, effective fundraising, and strong contributions to the advancement of women in mathematics. Winners are formally recognized at the annual MAA MathFest, where they receive a certificate and public acknowledgment of their chapter's accomplishments.
