Description
The AWS Imagine Grant is an annual Amazon Web Services program that helps nonprofits make technology a mission-critical component of their work. It supports pilot projects, proofs of concept, and existing programs using technology in new or expanded ways. All cause and mission areas are welcome, subject to applicant eligibility, and organizations can seek support at different stages of cloud adoption.
Three award categories cover foundational infrastructure transformation, innovative applications of advanced cloud services, and mission-critical projects using frontier AI. Supported work includes application development, server and database migration, data centralization, machine learning, high performance computing, and autonomous systems. The program emphasizes mission impact, innovation, clearly defined outcomes and milestones, and sustainable projects, combining unrestricted financial support with AWS credits, technical guidance, and training.
