Description
The AxIOM Programs at the Simons Laufer Mathematical Sciences Institute (SLMath) are month-long research initiatives designed to foster innovation and collaboration in mathematics. Each program brings together researchers to engage in intensive interaction on cutting-edge mathematical topics, with visits ranging from one to four weeks. Programs are organized around timely themes—ranging from foundational mathematical challenges to intersections with fields such as artificial intelligence, data science, and physics—and are led by prominent mathematicians. The goal is to promote deep engagement, knowledge exchange, and professional growth within a vibrant academic community.
