Description
The Arizona Game and Fish Department’s Heritage K-12 Small Grant Program helps Arizona educators bring quality wildlife education into classrooms. It supports projects centered on Arizona wildlife, including hands-on resources, standards-based STEM lessons, 3D-printing resources, and professional development for teachers. The program is part of the Department’s education work to promote awareness, appreciation, and stewardship of the state’s wildlife.
For the current funding cycle, every awarded project must address one of four identified wildlife education priorities. Current Arizona K-12 classroom teachers receive preference, although other eligible education professionals may apply.
