The fellowship covers all academic disciplines, including STEM, humanities and social sciences, and connects early-career researchers with leading academics at eligible Israeli institutions. Selection emphasizes academic excellence, research originality and independence, the quality of the proposed research, and leadership potential.
Alongside financial support, fellows join an interdisciplinary community offering professional mentorship, leadership training, networking, community engagement and cross-cultural exchange. Personalized support and a growing alumni network complement the research experience. The program seeks researchers with intellectual curiosity beyond their own disciplines, strong communication skills, and the capacity for teamwork and scientific and societal leadership.
