Description
The Balance of State (BoS) Continuum of Care (CoC) Program, managed by the Executive Office of Housing and Livable Communities (EOHLC), is one of ten federally designated CoCs in Massachusetts. Its core mission is to coordinate, allocate, and oversee U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) funding for organizations and projects that address homelessness among families and individuals in the Balance of State region (areas outside large urban CoCs).
