Description
The Baltimore City Community Grants Program, administered by the Baltimore Community Foundation in partnership with the Harry and Jeanette Weinberg Foundation, provides support to nonprofit organizations delivering direct services to low-income residents of Baltimore City. The program is designed to strengthen the capacity of community-based organizations working in the areas of housing, health, jobs, education, and aging, with an overarching goal of creating pathways to stability and opportunity for Baltimoreans.
