Description
This program, offered by the United States - Israel Binational Agricultural Research and Development Fund (BARD) in partnership with the Israeli Ministry of Agriculture’s Chief Scientist, funds research to enhance food security and advance sustainable, climate-smart aquaculture and desert farming. Projects should address land-based aquaculture systems, fish, algae, and seafood, as well as agricultural production under desert conditions. The program aims to promote scientific collaboration between US and Israeli researchers, supporting studies that conserve aquatic resources and develop innovative agricultural solutions for arid environments.
