Barth Charitable Trust, administered by Wesbanco Bank, Inc. and the Community Foundation for the Ohio Valley, provides annual grants to support nonprofit organizations, schools, churches, and governmental entities in West Virginia. Priority is given to projects in Sistersville and Tyler County, but eligible applicants from across the state may apply. Grantmaking focuses on animal welfare (including spay/neuter and adoption initiatives), nature conservancy, preservation of the Sistersville City Building, and a broad range of charitable, religious, scientific, literary, or educational activities.
