The Frederick and Florence Bauder Endowment for the Support of Physics Teaching (Bauder Fund) provides grants to support special activities that advance physics teaching. Funding is available for the development and distribution of innovative instructional apparatus, the creation and support of traveling exhibits, and for local workshops that promote the use of demonstration and laboratory equipment in physics education. The program expects dissemination of activity results (via presentations or publications) and requires a final report documenting outcomes and participant impact. Only expenses occurring after the next national AAPT meeting are eligible.
