Description
The BCP Homelessness Prevention Fund, managed by Dorset Community Foundation in collaboration with BCP Council and The Royal Foundation, aims to tackle homelessness at its roots by funding early intervention and preventative work. The fund is designed to support vulnerable groups—especially young people—who are at risk of homelessness in Bournemouth, Christchurch, and Poole.
