Description
The National Society of High School Scholars (NSHSS) runs the Be More Grant Competition to support members developing innovative products, projects, concepts, services, and nonprofits. The program seeks established initiatives with an entrepreneurial mindset that contribute to technological advancement and world betterment, helping innovators expand their impact.
Projects may span STEM, humanities, and world betterment, including engineering, medicine, computer science, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, logistics and supply chain, app development, media, social research, global and social good, nonprofits, microfinance, conservation, and climate change. Finalists compete in a virtual Shark Tank-style event before a panel of judges. Mentors help finalists refine their presentation pitches ahead of the competition.
