Description
The Beckman Family Awardee Community Support Grants are designed to empower current and former Beckman Foundation grant recipients and Executive Committee members who are actively volunteering or serving on boards of local youth STEM or STEAM organizations. These grants fund projects that inspire youth (age 17 or younger) through hands-on science and math activities, promote curiosity-driven learning, and leverage technology to engage young people in STEM/STEAM. The program aims to build capacity within nonprofit organizations and expand open access to STEM opportunities, advancing the Beckman Foundation’s mission to nurture the next generation of innovators.
