Description
The Rockefeller Foundation’s Bellagio Center Residency Program gives leaders focused, uninterrupted time to advance a specific project in Lake Como, Italy. The 26-day residency supports scholarly research, applied practice, and artistic work within an interdisciplinary, cross-cultural cohort. Residents exchange ideas across professions, sectors, and national borders, strengthen their projects, and develop lasting connections through the Bellagio Network.
The program seeks novel solutions, new knowledge, and work that inspires change for humanity’s well-being. It encourages projects that engage unlikely partners to benefit vulnerable populations, empower people and communities, or scale solutions through innovative financing and technology. A General Open Call welcomes work from any discipline, alongside thematic priorities in energy, food, economic mobility, health, artificial intelligence, finance, and climate and development.
