--- ## Description The Belmont County Enrichment Fund (BCEF) provides annual grants to nonprofit organizations, schools, and public service departments that are based in or serve Belmont County, Ohio. Established in 2013, the fund aims to enrich the community by supporting meaningful projects that improve the quality of life for county residents. Typical focus areas include basic human needs, education, workforce development, economic development, and STEM education, among others.
