Description
The Belmont County Enrichment Fund provides annual grants to support projects that improve the quality of life for residents of Belmont County, Ohio. Established by local landowners and administered by the Community Foundation for the Ohio Valley (CFOV), the fund targets 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations, schools, fire and police departments, and other similarly exempt organizations that are either based in or directly serve Belmont County. Grants are intended for meaningful projects spanning areas such as basic human needs, education, workforce development, economic development, STEM education, and substance abuse prevention. The fund does not support fundraising events, scholarships, animal welfare initiatives, or projects already completed.
