Description
The Belmont County Enrichment Fund (BCEF), managed by the Community Foundation for the Ohio Valley, provides grants to support projects that improve the quality of life for residents of Belmont County, Ohio. Established in 2013 by local landowners, the fund is dedicated to meaningful community initiatives led by local nonprofits, schools, fire and police departments, and other eligible organizations. The BCEF does not support fundraising events, scholarships, animal welfare, or projects that have already been completed.
