The Belstead Ganzoni Charitable Settlement Fund, managed by Suffolk Community Foundation, provides grants to charities and voluntary organisations working in Suffolk. Social enterprises are also accepted. Funding supports both organisations’ core costs and project costs, with priority given to work helping people affected by domestic violence, homelessness, and loneliness and social isolation, particularly in rural communities.
The fund supports charitable activity across the county. Subject to available funding, it may also consider other charitable causes that reflect the donors’ wider philanthropic interests. It forms part of the Foundation’s work with local charities, community groups and key stakeholders to understand local needs and raise funds for charitable work.
