Description
The Berenson Fellowship, hosted by Villa I Tatti, The Harvard University Center for Italian Renaissance Studies, is designed for scholars investigating Italy’s transnational dialogues during the Renaissance (14th–17th centuries). The fellowship is open to projects exploring connections between Italy and other cultures (such as Latin American, Mediterranean, African, Asian, etc.) and welcomes interdisciplinary approaches in fields including architecture, the arts, history, philosophy, literature, music, and the history of science. Fellows will have access to world-class resources and are expected to participate in the intellectual community through conferences, lectures, and concerts at I Tatti in Florence.
