The Bernard G. Sarnat Award in Craniofacial Biology is an annual award that honors exceptional original research on craniofacial growth and development. Sarnat and the Craniofacial Biology Group, this award is specifically intended for PhD students and postdoctoral fellows who are the primary authors and presenters of abstracts accepted for presentation at the International Association for Dental, Oral, and Craniofacial Research (IADR) General Session. The award highlights excellence in research design, scientific value, and presentation quality, with finalists selected to present their work at the IADR General Session & Exhibition.
