Applicants must submit an abstract as the primary author and presenter; finalists are selected based on the abstract's scientific merit and are further evaluated on the quality of their presentation and responses during the session. The winner receives a $500 cash prize and an engraved plaque, with recognition at the Craniofacial Biology Group business meeting.
