Description
The fellowship supports undergraduate or graduate students of any nationality (except Jordanian citizens) to participate in archaeological projects or conduct research in Jordan. Established to honor Bert and Sally de Vries’ decades of archaeological work and leadership in Jordan and Palestine, the award aims to foster the next generation of scholars and practitioners in the field. The fellowship is intended to assist with essential expenses related to fieldwork or research and may be combined with other fellowships from the American Center of Research.
