Description
The BETA: Project Planning program, offered by the Massachusetts Clean Energy Center (MassCEC), is a pilot initiative designed to accelerate the electrification and decarbonization of commercial and multifamily buildings across Massachusetts. The program delivers no-cost, comprehensive building audits and creates custom decarbonization plans, including actionable steps, financing guidance, and implementation timelines, to help property owners eliminate fossil fuel use and achieve net zero emissions by 2050. The initiative aims to demonstrate cost-effective retrofit strategies, build market resources, and support a diverse cohort of building types and ownership structures.
