Description
The Electrochemical Society’s biannual meeting travel grants support undergraduates, graduate students, postdoctoral researchers, young professionals, and faculty presenting papers at ECS meetings. Participating technical divisions and regional sections administer the grants, with their own eligibility requirements, presentation requirements, and award terms. The program supports sharing research across electrochemical and solid state science and technology.
Student and postdoc opportunities span battery science, corrosion, dielectrics, electrodeposition, electronics and photonics, energy technology, high-temperature materials and processes, and other ECS technical communities. Selected divisions also offer young professional and early career grants. Battery Division support helps defray travel, lodging, registration, and subsistence costs for research in electrochemical energy storage and conversion.
