Description
The Big Stage Events grant, part of Pennsylvania’s Marketing to Attract Tourists Program, provides funding to support entities that attract major concerts, conventions, conferences, and similar large-scale events to Pennsylvania. The goal is to increase tourism and economic impact by funding projects that bring significant numbers of visitors who stay for three or more nights. Eligible expenses include event rental, shuttles, marketing, receptions, speakers, production, and other costs associated with hosting and attracting large events. Projects should enhance Pennsylvania’s reputation as a premier destination for major events and increase awareness of the state’s attractions.
