The Bilateral Programs Researcher Exchange Program, administered by the Japan Society for the Promotion of Science (JSPS), funds Japanese researchers to visit partner institutions in Estonia or Lithuania for collaborative research and academic exchange. The program aims to foster sustainable joint research and professional networks across all disciplines, including the humanities, social sciences, and natural sciences.
