The BIPOC Business and Career Assistance Program is designed to strengthen Vermont’s economic infrastructure by supporting private sector businesses and workforce development within the state’s BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, and People of Color) community. Through collaboration with partners such as the Vermont Professionals of Color Network, the program offers a statewide suite of services including business coaching, training, technical assistance, networking opportunities, resource navigation, and special events. Additional offerings include career fairs, workshops, paid internships, and career guidance, all aimed at providing comprehensive support to BIPOC business owners and workers throughout Vermont. Services are provided at no cost to eligible participants.
