The BIPOC Leadership Grant Program, offered by the F. R. Bigelow Foundation in partnership with the Saint Paul and Minnesota Foundation, is designed to provide multi-year grant support to organizations, programs, and initiatives dedicated to advancing the leadership of Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC) in Minnesota’s East Metro region. Building on nearly a decade of investment in BIPOC leadership, including partnerships such as LinkingLeaders, the program will expand in 2026 to invite new applicants who are committed to fostering BIPOC leadership development.
