--- ## Description This grant supports Black-led, Black-serving organizations across Oregon by providing capacity-building funds to enhance their ability to serve Black children and families. Administered by the Oregon Community Foundation as part of the Black Student Success Network, the program aims to empower organizations working to improve educational outcomes for Black students from birth through post-secondary education.
