Description
The Bladder Cancer Advocacy Network (BCAN) offers this award to help junior faculty establish independent research programs in bladder cancer, including upper tract disease. It is intended for investigators who have not yet secured a major independent research award, rather than as supplemental funding for those already independently funded.
The award supports translational, clinical (including clinical trials), and epidemiological research directly relevant to bladder cancer. Projects must show potential to translate new concepts into clinical practice, produce measurable outcomes during the three-year grant, and set milestones for its conclusion.
