Description
Blount Community Fund is a community fund of East Tennessee Foundation that supports opportunities to advance and improve the quality of life of Blount County residents. Established in 2016 by a local donor and a group of community leaders, it was created as a resource for achieving community goals and promoting Blount County.
The fund reflects a lasting commitment to the people of the county. Past focus areas have included technology and professional development needs for nonprofits, as well as programs addressing transportation issues for county residents. These areas connect support for local nonprofit capacity with programs responding to residents’ needs, within the fund’s broader community-focused purpose.
