--- ## Description The Bob Baxter Scholarship, administered by the National Press Photographers Foundation (NPPF), honors the legacy of Bob Baxter—a dedicated photojournalist who overcame adversity to continue his education and career. The scholarship is awarded annually to students who exhibit resilience, dedication, and a strong commitment to photojournalism.
