The Boh Bros. Employee Assistance Fund supports current full-time and part-time employees of Boh Bros. Construction Co. who are experiencing financial hardship due to medical or catastrophic events. Grants are awarded as gifts (not loans) and are intended to help employees address urgent financial needs resulting from qualifying events. The application process is confidential, and all awards are made at the discretion of the Greater New Orleans Foundation, subject to the availability of funds.
