--- ## Description The Forever Idaho Regional Grant Program, administered by the Idaho Community Foundation (ICF), provides general operating and programmatic support to nonprofits and public entities across Idaho. This program is designed to maximize community impact by responding to changing needs through a flexible, regionally driven grantmaking process. Funding cycles are held annually for four regions (North, East, Southwest, South Central), ensuring resources reach organizations throughout the state.
